The Wailing (2016)

An epic Korean horror thriller that is riveting, violent, enthralling, relentless, chilling descent into hell. It has one spine chilling moment after another. This movie might give you nightmares and it will certainly haunt you for days to come. The ending is open ended and left to the interpretation of the viewers. This film will definitely be revisited and discussed in the future as it manages to not only scare the viewers but also confound them.
I wish this film was available on any streaming platform so that re watching it would have been easier.
Na Hong-Jin's best film by miles though he has made films like The Chaser, Yellow Sea etc but nothing like The Wailing. I am very eager to see what his next film is.
